HP Pavilion dv2800t Artist Edition Series Released

Hewlett-Packard has released the HP Pavilion dv2800t Artist Edition notebook series, featuring a design “created by young people, for young people”, and the latest Intel Centrino mobile technology.

The winning design in a six week Global Design Competition created by HP and MTV is displayed on the laptop’s lid, palm rest, and desktop wallpaper in Windows Vista.

Dell Latitude XFR D630 – Company’s First Fully Rugged Laptop

Dell announced yesterday the availability of the Latitude XFR D630, the company’s first fully ruggedized laptop.

The Dell Latitude XFR D630 meets MIL-STD 810F standards from the Department of Defense for products that operate in extreme temperatures, moisture, altitude and more, and can withstand shocks and drops. In addition, a patent-pending thermal management system allows the XFR D630 to deliver “up to four times better graphics performance than the Panasonic CF-30″.
